“We cancelled our Tempur mattress order from a well known department store after discovering a Cool touch version of the same Sensation elite model which was exclusive only to Dreams. Our Superking bed was not only £100 cheaper, there were also 2 free tempur pillows, and other offers totalling to £210 discount. Ioana at the WoT store was brilliant, got us to try the Sleep match bed which confirmed our selection and was very careful about helping us try the mattresses hygienically which was important to us. Our mattress was delivered in just 1 week by Dreams own delivery crew Matt and Craig who were brilliant in handling the very heavy mattress and removing our old mattress calling us twice before delivery. Really didn't expect such a pleasant experience buying a mattress!”

“Double ringer burger meal is amazing. The man at the till is so lovely and friendly. Ask him to sing you his Tamil song and he will. He has a beautiful singing voice which you will be very surprised about when he speaks. The chef in the back is also good and has a wonderful six pack.”

“A decent stay. Very clean and well appointed rooms. Noise in the corridors was a pain and the lack of parking could also be difficult. But the reception staff are fabulous. Really nice to talk to someone who is knowledgeable and wants to help.”

This place is decked out very 80s retro, you don't just come here for a cut but you can stay for a game of pool, play the arcade machine and admire the decir on the walls whether it be the Star Wars corner or the Prince room. Definitely worth a visit.”

Last week we had a problem with a tap on the water pipe for our new washing machine and Mel came straight away to help. He not only fixed the water connection but also few days later he amended the tap. He advised us what to buy before the fitting and he didn't even charge us as we're his loyal customers. Phil arrived on time, and worked hard to get the oven to, what now looks as good as new! Considering the state of it beforehand, I didn’t think it could be done.
