"I visited the clinic looking for laser tattoo removal. At my consultation the whole procedure was explained to me and I was encouraged to ask questions, which were answered in a factual, realistic, no nonsense way. I felt very confident moving forward that I would like to go ahead. The treatment was carried out, and again, I was made to feel very comfortable and put at ease. The treatment itself didn’t take very long and I was given clear instructions about the aftercare. I have further visits planned to continue this particular treatment. I will definitely be using this clinic again. Very friendly and helpful."

"Michaela is so nice and makes you feel really welcome. The first time I spoke to her I mentioned how much I paid for laser hair removal where I used to live and she didn't question it, just agreed to match it. I have recently moved back home but still travel to see Michaela for treatment as I doubt I will find anyone with better service. I would recommend anyone to see her for any of her treatments."
