“We cancelled our Tempur mattress order from a well known department store after discovering a Cool touch version of the same Sensation elite model which was exclusive only to Dreams. Our Superking bed was not only £100 cheaper, there were also 2 free tempur pillows, and other offers totalling to £210 discount. Ioana at the WoT store was brilliant, got us to try the Sleep match bed which confirmed our selection and was very careful about helping us try the mattresses hygienically which was important to us. Our mattress was delivered in just 1 week by Dreams own delivery crew Matt and Craig who were brilliant in handling the very heavy mattress and removing our old mattress calling us twice before delivery. Really didn't expect such a pleasant experience buying a mattress!”

Last week we had a problem with a tap on the water pipe for our new washing machine and Mel came straight away to help. He not only fixed the water connection but also few days later he amended the tap. He advised us what to buy before the fitting and he didn't even charge us as we're his loyal customers.
