“My sister-in-law had some beautiful flowers delivered in a Vintage hat box for her birthday, I was so impressed with them I noted the details and contacted Kim to ask her to do a couple of arrangements for me for Mothers day. I chatted to Kim on the phone about what to have and she suggested that she had some lovely ceramic pots and could do an arrangement in them. They were hand delivered on Sunday morning, Kim said she would sort her delivery route so that the flowers were delivered at a time that suited me. The flowers were beautiful and the ceramic pots were stunning. So nice in fact i have asked Kim to make one for me. I would give Kim 10 stars if that was an option. My Mum was over the moon so I am a very happy customer indeed and I will 100% use Kim again.”

Sam was an absolute gent, gave his condolences and we went on to have a beautiful conversation, he also gave me some complimentary white flowers to give to my mum, he just went above and beyond. This was a completely different experience compared to another local florist in Langley, who offered no condolences and just pointed me in the direction of a booklet.
