"Great florist, literally round the corner from Morden tube station. Very nice selection of flowers. Make sure to ask for what you want, they have many more options not visible in store. Wonderful morning visit to buy ad-hoc flowers for my wife's birthday. Able to accommodate at short notice. Will definitely visit again for Valentine's as well as future floral needs."

"Highly recommend. I use Lansdales because their flower lasts so much longer than anywhere else. I knew I would be using them to do my wedding flowers. Mike and Julie did my flowers and took my order, they made everything so easy. I gave them a theme and left it up to the preoffesionals, I was so glad that I did. It looked even more magical in real life, the details they added really made a statement. They did my bride bouquet, button holes, bridesmaids bouquet, flower girl headdress, flower girl bouquet, table arrangements, dining table arrangements, top table arrangement and other decorative items. I have had so mamy compliments and haven't seen anything that got desingend for me online anywhere else, completely custom made/ unique Thank you so much Mike, and evryone at Lansdales and Doris. "Bought a bouquet of flowers for Eid celebration today and was totally disappointed with the complete lack of customer service and rude staff. I asked for a couple of roses and gerbers for a £12- £15 arrangement and the lady proceeded with telling me that the roses alone were £3.50 each which is fine but her tone and manner of speaking was condescending. When I said that the extra cost was fine, she disappeared from sight and I had to call out "excuse me" 5 times before someone appeared to request what colours I wanted. The second lady then told me that the bouquet would not include roses for that price but I had already agreed the £15 cost so this was a rude and unnecessary comment. I then requested the flowers to be in water but she said that was not possible because of the size and when asked for a bag she said cost would be £2.50 extra which is normally included when you buy from a florist! I asked for a card and stick to place in the bouquet and that was an additional cost too! I could have bought a larger bouquet from a supermarket so not value for money. Left quite upset at the start of a special day. Will not be returning and would not recommend."

"The staff are very friendly, however, I can’t give more than 3 stars as I was not happy with my bouquet. Having described what I’d like, I felt as though the arrangement didn’t meet my expectations. Most importantly, most flowers were already fully bloomed or even already dying. Thus, after only 2 days, the bouquet is almost dead. For £40, I would’ve been better off with a premium quality supermarket bouquet. Unfortunately wouldn’t return."
