“I called Boiler & Heating Care as I wasn’t sure when my boiler was last serviced (no sticker) plus recently it was loosing pressure. I also called them about gas safety check as I had never seen the certificate for the flat I purchased. Luckily I did ask them to gas safety check as there was a leak from the main meter!! Marvin (the engineer) was really great. Once he spotted the leak he got straight to it to fix the problem. Then he went onto servicing the boiler. Top man! I would highly recommend him to anyone in the local area. Thanks!”

“Although we were a little worried about the small added journey (I don't like driving) we decided to transfer to Pearl Dental following our wonderful dentist Simon Moore. One of the best decisions we have made. Simon is his usual happy, friendly dentist who is very good at looking after our teeth, he puts everyone at ease making a visit to the dentist fun (if that's possible). We were so pleased to see that Ann had also become part of the team, lovely to have familiar faces around. The added bonus is that everyone at Pearl Dental are very professional a friendly team who I cannot recommend highly enough.”

“The clinic is always great to visit, especially since you interact with people across all departments who are kind and lovely. I had a great experience with Mrs. Miriam who treated me with the utmost level of respect and care. Michael (the new manager) is a kind hearted person that will help and assist you with any concerns you have. He communicates effectively with patients, and has also brought about a great atmosphere to the clinic. This change is pleasant to see and makes me want to stick with Bupa for the long run.”

“This was the best vet experience we have ever encountered. Dr Jose was absolutely amazing, so kind, so patient and totally engaged with our dog and us. We have had a disheartening experience with the practice that our dog was registered with, where they just didn’t have time to see her even though she needed a consultation so much. Hence we needed someone to act switfly and Home Vets did just that. Extraordinarily quick, they booked us as soon as possible, and now our beloved westie is feeling so much better. After so much time spent with a soft cone, after just a visit she is now a changed dog! We couldn’t be more grateful and we recommend Home Vets with all our heart! “I highly recommend Jatinder, Dr Raj and Kuldeep - particularly for anybody with a fear of dentists. I was forced to find a dentist for an emergency appointment due to an abscess, and having checked reviews I contacted Wellbeing Dental Clinic. Due to the most ridiculous terror of dentists, I no longer smiled as my teeth hadn’t been checked for more years than I care to remember and were in a terrible state - crumbling, stained and I had a horrible click in my jaw when eating. I decided it was time to bite the bullet and get my teeth sorted out, regardless of my fears. I was seen by Jatinder who was totally understanding of my fears, so I got my antibiotics and committed to organising a treatment plan with Dr Raj, another dentist at the practice. As I drove off, the enormity of what I’d just done and agreed to really hit me and I had to pull over as I started shaking uncontrollably and crying with a combination of relief at having survived the appointment and terror at what lay ahead! When I returned, I met with Dr Raj and Kuldeep who are wonderfully kind and understanding. Since then, I’ve had numerous treatments so my jaw no longer clicks and I can now smile widely without being mortified by my teeth and trying to keep them covered. My treatment hasn’t quite finished but apart from being absolutely thrilled with the work done so far, I’ve lost most of my fears of going to the dentist as a result of how understanding and patient Dr Raj and Kuldeep have been. Thank you.”

“Brilliant service, caring and compassionate staff. I required a root canal and couldn't find a dentist open late near to my house. The price for a root canal and crown was very affordable and the service was excellent. Would definitely come back if any further treatment is required for any other complaints.”

“Lovely receptionists. Serena Mayor gave me a check up and had to have 3 fillings but it was all fine. I could not believe how easy it was to sign up for NHS treatment after paying for Private dentistry for over 30 years as my dentist has now retired. As retired myself now I am grateful I can save a bit of money! Serena is very kind and gentle and explained everything before the fillings (it's been a long time since I have had a filling).”

“Definitely a positive experience. I came to London Doctors Clinic to have a blood test done. This includes a quick consultation with a GP which was very professional and answered any question that I had. Results are quick and gets reviewed by the GP. The doctor was late that morning as she has never been to the Canary Wharf office. Not an issue for me and they also applied a small discount for the inconvenience.”

“I walked into this clinic without appointment for some blood tests with my family. We were all seen promptly by the doctor before going downstairs for the blood tests he recommended. Nurses were very patient with us, even allowing my daughter to sit on their medical bed for a minute as she is scared of needles. Very happy with the follow up care and will be coming back in 6 months for another test as recommended by the doc. Cheers all.”

“Was visiting from NY and after a few days in London developed a horrible sore throat which turned out to be simultaneously strep throat and tonsillitis, truly awful stuff. I called this urgent care center and the receptionist said I could come in right away to be seen. The check-in process was quick and easy. The wait, while unbearable at the time, was in hindsight a reasonable amount of time - less than an hour. I first saw a nurse and then the doctor, who admittedly lacked bedside manner and was obvious in his attempts to keep the encounter at brief as possible. Though again, a fair expectation for urgent care. I received a diagnosis and prescription immediately. Furthermore, I could not believe that in total, the visit, exam, and medication was... wait for it... 8£!! Are you kidding me? Amazing. So cheap I didn’t even bother to use the travel insurance I had. Maybe my standards (read: American healthcare) are abysmally low, or maybe this place really is as great as I perceived it to be. Either way they deserve a solid 5 stars in my book.”
