“I came 10 minutes late for my appointment and Thank God, Vicky was still able to see me. She gave me such good advice about my face shape, hair quality, what style would suit me, advised me about the right haircut that would suit my hair texture when it’s wet or dry. I actually felt like she listened to what I needed and didn’t just do what I tell her. Made me feel heard, this woman. Vicky was just so nice and sweet, and cut my hair perfectly. It feels so light and cute. This was my first hair cutting experience in the UK and I’m glad I chose Heaven Scent for it. Also, the ambiance is perfect because the music wasn’t heavy and it was easier to speak. Overall, a wonderful experience!”

“Really great themed hotel. Thought they hit the safari stay theme very well. We had a room with a view and saw animals as morning went on. The breakfast was good and the only part that was a shame was checking out at 10am as the animals were just coming to life after we had breakfast.”

“I had individual eyelash extensions with Hannah and she was very professional. Unlike some beauty therapists I have been to in the past, Hannah had me complete some client notes and then asked me some questions about the look I wanted, was this for a special occasion, had I had the treatment done before, did I know what to expect etc. It was so nice to be asked these questions so that Hannah could tailor my treatment especially for me rather than just providing me with a standard set of lashes. Hannah was very friendly and professional, provided me with lots of aftercare tips to make my lashes last longer and I would highly recommend her.”

“The Greatest Pub in Chessington!!! Always has events on during the week and often offering events for the kids at the weekends!!! Lovely staff who are the greatest friendlest people and the place looks amazing after the work it had done! Absolutely top pub!!! And now its even a Pokemon Gym to keep the kids out of trouble!”

“Well what can I say, I had quite an unslightly skin tag and needed it removed. I booked an appointment with gillian over the phone for later the same day. Must say the salon look nice and upon arrival I was shown to the treatment room The removal was pretty pain free and was really quick and very well done as far as I'm concerned. Staff were really friendly and to be honest it was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be.”

“The 5 stars are for the staff, who are outstanding. They're generous with their information and level of service. The parking experience is quite daunting, it's basically a narrow route underground, which is supposed to be used by two way traffic. The car park is pretty smelly when you get there.”

“Really nice Beefeater! When here after visiting Chessington for the day and was pleasantly surprised. Wanted somewhere to eat that would fill us up and not have the extortionate prices that the park has. The food was great, although the chicken was slightly over cooked but we overlooked this. The staff where great and very friendly and polite. The menus wasn’t too badly prices and the kids 3 course mean for £5.99 was brilliant value. If we were ever this way again I’d definitely revisit.”
