"A year ago there was a good salon, but recently a very poor quality of service. My nails started to fall off after 12 hours! I don't recommend."

"This place is a little bit hit and miss. It’s modern, clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating. However I’ve had my nails done here a number of times now and sad to say I don’t use it anymore. They remove the shellac without wrapping with remover and pads and instead use the electric tool. So over time it has weakened my nails. The last couple of times, even though I’ve had shellac, my nails have chipped which has never happened before. I also once got a manicure to find that my cuticles were all red and bleeding when I got home. Bit of a shame."

"Having tried arylics and gel at other salons, I've never been so estatic and satisfied with my treatment than with my experience at Hook Nail & Spa. The acrylics are super sturdy and the colours are so vibrant - just beautiful! The workers were extremely professional and polite and continually made sure that I was happy with the treatment. Following this wonderful experience, I could not stop thanking them and admiring my nails. I could not recommend them enough! Thank you so much again!"
