“It was such a joy to discover this family run travel agents after spending hours online and trying (and failing) to arrange a get-away ourselves. As I write this in Summer 2021, the rules regarding travel had become so complicated, and availability seemed so scarce that we had almost given up. Our previously arranged holiday to 'safe' Jersey had just had to be cancelled at the last minute as most of the UK had suddenly been put onto their red list. We then had the idea of using a travel agent, but finding one proved almost as difficult as many have had to close or were simply not open at the weekend. However on walking in they very quickly put us at ease. They had an encyclopaedic knowledge of the rules, where we could easily travel to and what was needed. It was also clear that they were passionate about travelling and wanted us to get away even more then we did! Before we we knew it we had a luxury villa booked on one of the Greek islands which together with flights still cost less than the villa in Jersey we had just been forced to cancel.... I will never arrange a holiday without using this wonderful travel agents ever again....”

“Room is newly refurbished and sparkling clean! Had a great stay here. The receptionist Kelly was very friendly and helpful however her manager (a guy with Indian accent, couldn’t catch his name) was quite rude and unpleasant to talk with, he was also not treating his colleague with respect.”

I spoke to one of your colleagues - Navik, I think that’s the name and he helped me choose the perfect breakfast item by making sure the ingredients were safe for me by checking in their Leon Book. “A great group marathon trip arranged by African Marathons to run Comrades in Durban. It was well organised from booking through to the event itself. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and I had a great time. Comrades is a tough event and it was good to have the Africa Marathons team on my side, sorting out the logistics so I could "enjoy" the challenge and the sense of achievement it gave me.”

“Jan was absolutely brilliant, she was super responsive and easy to get a hold of. My cat isn’t going exactly super good at travelling to new places. As soon as we met Jan she started to calm her down and make her feel at ease. Once the grooming started my cat loved it, Jan was so gentle and delicate with her. Jam thoroughly brush her out and made her look absolutely amazing! She also gave us some brilliant advice on how to keep her coat looking nice. Thank you so much, Jan!”

The day went better than smoothly and the friendliness, exuberance and efficiency of the staff on the day really wowed us. The venue speaks for itself and the attention to detail was faultless. We would recommend Woodlands Park Hotel (and in particular, Cheyenne Crombie, the event coordinator) without hesitation. It was a wonderful day, the communications leading up to the day were superb and the day went without hitch or glitch.”

“I haven't been on a cruise. However, my parents enjoyed a cruise around the islands of Scotland and had a fabulous time. They commented on the care and attention they received throughout; one of their best cruises ever. They were accompanied by many people who have travelled extensively so they enjoyed sharing their experiences. Finally, it was Father's Day whilst they were onboard so I called Noble Cruises office. I spoke to Neil on the customer services team about the idea of buying a bottle of champagne for the special day. Neil emailed the ship and received a message that it could be arranged. Neil called me back and I purchased a bottle of champagne and arranged for a note to accompany the gift. All was delivered on the day and the card beautifully written. It is the small things that make a big difference. Thank you Neil for making this happen. My dad will be talking about this for years to come. Very special!”

“came to this B&B the lady is so lovely, really welcoming and so friendly, easy to talk to and socaily great. Walked into the room and my first thoughts were WOW! Big sized room really homly comfy beds unbeilable clean lots of storage great sized TV. Bath room is really big with nice shower and bath also very clean. Could not dought this B&B atall! I have worked As a housekeeper in big hotels so know cleanliness and friendless very well. This B&B is great with all of those things. Would tell anyone to come here instead amazingly good and reasonably priced. Also unreal quick wifi!!! Amazing stay best night sleep every”
