He would listen to our ideas, help find solutions or suggest improvements and have the flexibility to alter plans throughout the process. “Popped in last Friday to get some help with my conch piercing (done elsewhere a long time ago) as the ball was stuck fast and my attempts to undo it had failed and started to hurt. Alex was really friendly and helpful, got it out without pain and put in a new piece I had. He did this all for free and gave me some advice on another piercing I want. “Never been to this barbers before but was at a client site and happen to walk past. Decided to pop in for a quick hair cut. I was greeted at the door, show to a chair straight away. The barber was friendly, welcoming. The hair cut was decent, cut to what was requested to a high standard. Would 100% use this barber again if in the area.”

The funeral was at 10am, so they had to deliver the tribute to the undertaker by 8am on a Monday morning. Nothing was too much trouble. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”

“I have really difficult mad curly hair and even the juniors at Sibs can blow dry my hair, when top stylists at other salons can't. Sib is the kind of stylist that actually listens to what you want and advises the best plan on how to get there. She doesn't want to cut all your hair off, unlike a lot of salons I've been to in the past. She is the only one who can cut my hair and it doesn't shrink up by several inches. I don't know how she does it,, but its always an amazing job. Wouldn't go anywhere else”
