"As a new customer I was shocked! Terrible management & customer service!! Would definitely not go back or recommend to anyone. As a new customer my experience was disgraceful: Was very clear I only had 30 minutes for a manicure...was told it would be fine, so agreed to the appointment. I asked how much it would be & was told there would be a discount for new customers. All good. After this was then told they had got the price wrong and the price had gone up. It was just a bit extra so confirmed that was fine. Sat down & asked if a french manicure would be ok and was told that would be fine and there would also be no extra charge. 40 minutes later it still wasn't communicated to me how much longer it would take...was forced to leave during the appointment to rush to the car to avoid getting a ticket and leaving my child stranded (who would also be meeting me by the car). After the stress of having to find another parking spot nearby and returning to the salon with my child, the manager approached me.... I automatically assumed she'd come to apologise, however she rudely told me that I would have to pay a few pounds extra as I took too long!!! NO WORDS. They are only after your pennies (literally) and do not put their customers first. At least the lady who actually did my nails apologised and explained that she hadn't done a french manicure in awhile and that's why it took a bit longer, she did a great finish - it's a shame her tip went to the greedy unprofessional management."
