“I booked my airport transfers to and from my hotel in Prague through Prague Experience. I was very happy with the service. Both drivers we had, Martin and Emil, were friendly, courteous and on-time. It was our first time in Prague and we didn't want the hassle of carrying our luggage on a bus or train from the airport. In spite of a delay at customs/immigration, Martin was waiting for us as expected. In fact, Prague Experience had contacted us via cell phone when we failed to show up on time to verify our arrival and provide directions on where to meet our driver. Unfortunately, my phone's battery was dead and I didn't get the call or message. No worries--Martin was still waiting for us in the arrivals hall as promised. On our return transfer, there was no need to call and verify our reservation. We exited our hotel and Emil was waiting at the curb to take our bags right on time. They both spoke English and answered any questions we had about the area. Highly recommended!”

We had a weeks cruise on the Nile, then flew to Cairo for the 3 nights and then back to Luxor for 4 nights. All the accommodation was excellent. The hotels both in Cairo & Luxor were beautiful. The trips from the cruise were well organised and we saw so much. Early morning starts so we could see the sights before it got to hot. We went in early November & even then it was still very hot. Do not miss Abu Simbel...it is amazing & worth the trip across the desert!”

Bar area relaxing. Bedroom clean. Plenty of toiletries shower cap etc. Soundproof room and the bed is comfy not like a brick! Would definitely stay again.”

It was a touch of peace and space after a busy, packed day. The coffees were nice and we enjoyed a couple of items from the cake display. The mille-feuille and eclairs we had were both very good. The decor was interesting and impressive in equal measure and we would definitely stop here again. Thank you.”

Special thanks to Annie (waitress), nothing was too much trouble. She was attentive and friendly without being obtrusive. Will definitely visit again.”
