“I visited the shop on Monday carrying my one month old granddaughter who, as soon as I got to the till, started crying to be fed. The lady assistant was very sympathetic and offered me the display table and chair to sit in to give the baby her bottle. I was astounded by this as the usual reaction to a crying baby in a shop is to get them out of the shop as quickly as possible. Not so in this case. I was able to feed the baby in a lovely cool place in peace. They even supplied me with some kitchen towel. This was exemplary customer service by the lady assistant and her colleague - and I had only spent £4 ! I will be back to spend more whenever I can. Thank you.”

“Rowlands pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have been to in the entire area by far. I urgently needed medication for my 10 month old child and they ordered it for next day delivery. When it arrived they SMS'd and called me so I could come get the medication before they closed. On collection it literally took me longer to park then get the meds. “We stumbled upon Nova kitchens when we were looking for suppliers of Dekton, a material we were considering for our kitchen.  Having read some great reviews, we felt they would be a good place to look at samples.  When we came in and met with Steve and then Vanda, it was the beginning of an incredible partnership.  Vanda created a design that was the kitchen of our dreams.  Her design ideas were spectacular and she really listened to what we wanted.  Then the build crew, led by project manager Hassan and installer Gavin were absolute craftsmen in every detail.  The project started 4 weeks before Christmas.  The team worked very efficiently and due to their hard work and dedication (including working on some Saturdays), we had a beautiful new kitchen on Christmas Day.  We LOVE our kitchen and utility room and the space is now perfect for all our family cooking and gathering.  We would recommend Nova Kitchens to anyone who wants a kitchen that is custom designed to meet your individual needs and made with love, care, and the greatest attention to detail.”

The waiting area was very comfy and had a range of magazines and newspapers - as well as toys and books for kids as well. The entire barbershop was extremely clean and well kept - nice and cool too. The barber was very polite and held good conservation throughout -making it a very chilled and comfortable environment. “I don’t even know where to start, I order from here regularly via Uber eats, it’s up there with one of my favourite places to order from in Woking. I’d never had Greek food before Delightfully Greek came to town and I was seriously missing out. The food is always amazing, weather you have the gyro, box or the pastries. Such big portions and really good prices. It’s a shame this place isn’t always busy when I walk past because it deserves to be. I also think a lot of people aren’t aware it’s there so that doesn’t help either. Things you NEED to try- tzatziki, tyrokafteri and the spinach and feta pastry. Also received a freebie today so thank you very much for that; thank you for always accommodating when I ask for a mix of both above sauces too! Really hope you guys stay around for years and years to help get me my Greek fix! ”

“Whilst my beloved BMW 3 series was in the care of the garage, someone had driven erratically through the industrial estate and ended up crashing into my car whilst parked. I immediately received a call from Rich telling me what had happened and invited me down to see him / the damage etc. The garage took full responsibility as it was in their care at the time, so sent my car off to a bodywork specialist to fix the damage. This also included fitting a brand new OEM light from BMW. As a gesture of goodwill, Rich lent me his own car to drive for the time being (BMW X5) and fitted 2 brand new rear shocks to my car, worth £350+. Once my car was returned, it came back as good as new like nothing had ever happened. Very good customer service, and very good mechanics! D A Whiteley autos will become my new garage for sure :)”
