“This salon really is incredible and I have never been happier with my hair than after using them! Honestly Wow! I'd never been to Trevor Sorbie before but used them for the first time to get my hair highlighted and don't think I'll ever be using anybody else now to do the job! They came up on my searches as the best in Richmond and that's exactly what service I got, 5*. From the moment you walk in, every staff member has the loveliest smile and welcomes you. Really lovely friendly team who make you feel very comfortable. My stylist was just an absolute perfectionist, my goodness! He listened to exactly what I wanted and took such care and attention. I wouldn't be surprised at all if he styled top celebrities. My hair colour looks beautiful and it's all thanks to Trevor Sorbie!”

“The hotel was great, it looked stunning, the staff were super friendly. The place had amazing lights, the shower had button that let you see through to the hotel room which was funny. We loved the pool and Sauna. They have parking which you have to pay for and the breakfast selection was incredibly tasty and a great selection. Anna was really kind to my daughters. Thank you for letting us stay, it was really fun & we had an amazing time there.”

Initially in Twickenham/Fulwell and now in Richmond, my 10 year old has been seeing Daban since he was 5 and will not go anywhere else. Finding a barber who is good with children, engages them fully was a task and my youngster will not go anywhere else. The service Daban and his team offer is excellent, a clean and friendly environment, the team listen to what the customer wants and importantly deliver. In an area where there is an abundance of barbers and hairdressing salons, Magic Scissors stands out amongst the crowd. Their prices also are more than competitive. I have no hesitation in recommending Magic Scissors.”

“A fine traditional pub with an excellent range of real ales and cider. Cosy atmosphere, proper fire and friendly dog. Landlord happy to discuss beer choices, aiming for a range of beer styles and from outside London. Worth seeking out - it's hard to find and has limited opening hours.”

“The staff at East Sheen are very helpful. They advise me because I always have lots of questions! Nothing is too much trouble, they’re very welcoming and know a lot about what’s on their shelves. Thank you to them, I know one lady is called Brenda (Breda?) I think there’s Mark (or Matt?) Monica (?) and Samita or Sanitta I’m not sure but they really help me with choosing the best product for what I want. This is what customer service should be like!”

“Beautiful Botanical Garden in Kew. This is such a huge garden with so many varieties of trees, plants, flowers, fruits, vegetables from all around the world. Amazing experience. Must visit and is walking distance from Kew station. There are some places in the garden where u get the feeling of being in a tropical country with even the temperatures being humid. Superb”

“I got a tragus piercing by Gosia in October and came today to downsize the bar. After a few months, I think that she really deserves a review. She is lovely and professional, and I already recommended her to couple of friends. I will definitely be back for a tattoo.”

“Called in for lunch yesterday & enjoyed delicious food (my partner had the loaded fries & I had a chickpea burger with fries) & drinks (I had a yummy but somewhat potent Singapore Sling!). Had a real buzz about it (despite the fact it wasn't that busy at 12) & the attention to detail from a decor perspective was great (lots of nods to music & even a skeleton!!). Staff were smiley & efficient too. Will deffo go back again!”
