“I booked four nights recently at BGH and absolutely loved it. Staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you, my room was huge and the off street parking was a blessing. I was on a course and the room allowed me peace to study at night. Two minutes walk from the high street, for food or local shops - it was brilliant. Breakfast was available every day and the garden room was gorgeous. My room had two wardrobes, a fridge, a smart TV and free wi-fi. My private shower room was very modern, clean and constantly with warm water and lots of clean fresh towels. I was treated to a wonderful stay at Brentwood guest house and plan on returning very soon for another beautiful, rest filled stay!”

The food was great, I had a beef salad and the dressing was amazing, when I mentioned how good it was a staff member came back with a little pot for me to take home, how lovely was that. “Great place for kids and adults, long country walk with wild deer roaming about ( you can see them if your if your quite) little cafe there with cakes and ice cream and food to feed the deer with. Massive lake to walk round with big open fields. A lot of people take their gazebos and have birthday parties there! You can walk for miles through the trees.”

“LOVE THIS SALON!! Every time i go here for a treatment (or 4!) i leave feeling much happier and more positive than when i went in. This is not just because of the fantastic level of service and brilliant, up-to-date skill the staff have, but also because they are all so friendly - they know when to be chatty and when to leave you to relax and let your mind wander. My favourites are the eyelash extensions - easily the best I've ever had done and at such a reasonable price - and the shellac nails. The therapists are really accommodating and offer great advice on what colours and treatments to have as well.”

“Took my 6 yo kid there, she really enjoyed her time there. There are lots of things to do for the kids, really nice playground, animals to see. We had lunch there too. She really had fun and wants to go again.”

“This was probably the best place to have authentic Thai food. We ordered a Tom Yum and their signature Beef dish with some rice and the flavours were spot on. The family running this business are so friendly and lovely, and the decoration is so cute and gives the place such a comfortable feeling unlike a chain restaurant. I really do recommend going to this restaurant at least once to experience the atmosphere and delicious food!”

I cannot express how helpful the staff were in arranging the booking and arranging for dietary requirements and on the day how friendly and helpful they all were. The afternoon tea was so lovely and the atmosphere at Marygreen Manor was warm and so Christmassy. Would definitely recommend coming here for any special occasion. “Had a fantastic brunch here Highly Recommended!! The staff were welcoming and happy to help despite a very busy and chaotic service, they made you feel nothing was too much trouble. Although ridiculously busy all the staff were more than happy to accommodate our endless drink requests. The food was to a high standard, I would be happy bring my boss, my mum, or my friends here.
