Unfortunately the given details about the shop are incorrect , it has no customer toilet, let alone a wheelchair accessible toilet as advertised I had to carry on driving to the marks simply food in the BP Petrol station down ongar road in Brentwood, which has a accessible toilet."

"Terrible customer service Vika the manager was appalling the way she handles a situation she claim that her Tesco does not accept fuel cards which they clearly do because she didn't want to refund an error they made charging my account instead of the fuel card she decided to lie instead then claim that sh did not know the number for customer service and that there was no manager available to deal with the situation and she doesn't know if the manager is coming back Full of lies this woman absolutely shocking"
