“I just wanted to drop you all a quick note and especially Richard for your fantastic help and support in my hour of need. Last week whilst on furlough, I decided to try and un-block my downstairs cloakroom sink and what was meant to be an easy job, turned into a situation whereby my whole pop-up plug assembly and u bend needing replacing. I phoned your good selves and spoke to a very helpful and polite lady and explained my DIY dilemma. The lady assured me not to worry and that she would get Richard to call me back. Richard called me back within 5 minutes and told me to come down to your premises and he would help me out. Cut a long story short, Richard was extremely helpful, polite and got all of the parts that I needed, talked me through reassembly and said he would be available to talk to on the phone if I had any issues when putting everything back together. His help and advice was spot on and I got the job done. Richard observed all of the correct precautionary anti - Covid 19 government advice throughout my visit, which was even more reassuring. I felt that the least that I could do would be to take 5 minutes to thank Brands Of Watford for being open, Richard for being at work and for his brilliant service and assistance! But you get very well looked after here, they measure you correctly then make suggestions. They even have an alteration service FOC of needed, so you can fit the exact clothes you want. Very friendly service and certainly worth a visit. I've been going here for years now and won't stop...”
