The staff are lovely and really responsive, the atmosphere is perfect (not too quiet that you have to worry about a loud child) and the food is delicious. “My Nan and I always go to this restaurant. Food is amazing, and really reasonably priced. Staff are always so welcoming and kind, particularly Beri who usually serves us. She is a great server, always makes us laughs and makes sure everything is okay. Highly recommend this restaurant.”

“Enjoyed a tasty late lunch at The Gate with a choice of the tables dotted around the many delightfully warm open fires and log burning stoves. The welcome was as warm as the burning fires as was the surprisingly spicy Cajun chicken burger! Despite being sat in the end closest to the busy road; we couldn’t hear the traffic at all and really enjoyed watching the endless stupidity of many drivers through the sash window as we enjoyed our lunch. The pub doesn’t take bookings at all and given the carpark is always so full and chaotic it has always put us off visiting, but a break in the chaos gave us the opportunity see why it is always so manic; The delicious meals, the toasty fires, friendly team and fair pricing. There is an abundance of tables to choose from with a mix of smaller ‘rooms’ and larger areas like the conservatory. As it happens there is more parking available nearby that perhaps isn’t such a war zone!”

“These guys are the best Indian my wife and I have been to. Best Indian food around,efficient and fairly priced. They had misread our order this evening however they where back to us within 20 minutes , let us keep what they had mistakenly given us and couldn't of been more apologetic. Customer service second to none. We have found our new Indian, thanks guys.”

“I've been here many times and always get a good welcome. They serve nice coffee, happy to serve oat milk and do not charge extra for it. The staff are pleasant. They do one vegan sandwich, wish there was more vegan choice.”

“We’ve been coming to Boulevard for something like 10+ years, and it’s our go to for excellent indian food, relaxing atmosphere and fantastic service. In all of that time, we’ve never left a review, so thought it was about time. If you want a really tasty and fresh indian meal, with a wide selection of drinks, look no further. We can’t recommend it any higher. If you want your food done to your particular (heat) taste, just ask. It’s very authentic, so expect your palate to be taken on a journey!”

“We just went there after a day out with our 1 year old. The Sunday roast was absolutely incredible. We both got the pork and it was not only delicious, but enormous as well! The staff were extremely friendly, the lady who was serving us made a fuss of our son and gave him colouring pencils to keep him entertained as well. They allow dogs in there as well, which we thought was nice as nit many places do. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a relaxing meal in a warm, friendly and clean place with friendly staff and delicious food. It has a typical, country pub style decor, the chairs were comfortable and the toilets were very clean. Only thing I would say they could improve is the size of the parking spaces.”

“Wonderful service with great food. I haven't been for many years to the Fox, but was visiting with my Mum and we stopped by for a bite to eat. I had the Chicken pie. It was good. Friendly staff who helped us through our order as my mother had some dietary requirements. We'll certainly visit again.”

“Lovely people! If you’re around, definitely try the shop where you can find many hot\cold beverages and some pastries. You can also pay a very small fee and visit the animal centre behind the coffee shop. For anything you pay for, the money goes to the animals in need. So this is a great way to spend your time and your money. They are not making any profit. P.s. they sell their own honey and it is a great place to visit with kids :)”

“My son has been coming to smart play at underhill for about a year. Honestly, they are brilliant. The themes are so fun and appealing to all ages. The staff are friendly, kind and approachable. Chris communicates well and always responds quickly to any questions. My sons confidence has doubled and he even asked to go an extra day this half term which is huge!!!
