Cloud Rooms is also registered with schemes like Client Money Protection, Property Redress Scheme and Tenancy Deposit Scheme, so I feel safe dealing with them and paying them the money. The whole process from securing the room, verifying and checking my personal info, to signing the contract was completed in 2 days. Arthur made the whole process quick and easy, he was even willing to send me the documents very early in the morning. I received all receipts and safety certificates from him for the property I am renting shorty after the whole admin process has been completed. There is also an offer in rent if you are able to pay your total rent upfront. I have hopes that my stay with them will be as good as the services I’ve received so far.”
