Their use of a professional photographer (once the photos were done I wanted to buy my own house! ;) I also just really liked Matthews style. Professional but down to earth, open & honest, very straight talking and I felt confident he'd be best able to showcase my house to prospective buyers. Matthew was very supportive throughout the whole selling process, was always on hand to answer queries and provided updates promptly. I came to realise he is also unflappable. A great quality to have in an agent especially when the business of selling borders on emotional or stressful (invariably happens unless you're a zen master and / or a seasoned property investor or developer). I have nothing but praise for Matthew and his team and would highly recommend the agency. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.”
