“I went to this pet shop to buy a pet budgie! So exciting! Although I’ve had one before it was just as exciting. I visited on a Saturday and walked in on a member of staff cutting a rabbits nails (cute)! So I head down to the birds section and had a good look as I did a lot of researching to refresh my memory on what to look out for. I believe all the animals I saw looked pretty healthy and in good condition. When I picked my Budgie the lady was very helpful and told me to call them if I had any concerns or questions- very nice of them. Would recommend. It is a small and easily accessible store. “This has been a local Chemist pharmacy for many years original in my childhood run by a a kind old man Mr Dougan. Now run as part of a bigger chain it is linked to a bigger shop in the area on the main central parade. But this little place has not lost its charm and local friendliness. they are always happy to help with any advice to your health and can offer a wide range of services in store. On Most days you will find the big fella behind the retail counter Collin offering some excellent retail bargains priced low to sell. Check out the perfume range at low cost and the many other items if they dont have it ask collin and he will always help all he can. My 1st stop go to for all my pharmacy needs above and over any other even if they are closer.”

I ordered some flee treatment for my dog and, although I got a confirmation email, was surprised that the order had not been sent after a week. I contacted them and, within hours, had a reply informing me that they had a glitch with their IT system and promised to deal with it immediately, which they did, and I got my delivery exactly when they told me I would.
