They sent out a set of toilet hinges and then, when they didn't fit, sourced and sent out a different size. I now have a loo seat that doesn't move! I cannot recommend Handy Stores highly enough. “I visited the shop on Monday carrying my one month old granddaughter who, as soon as I got to the till, started crying to be fed. The lady assistant was very sympathetic and offered me the display table and chair to sit in to give the baby her bottle. I was astounded by this as the usual reaction to a crying baby in a shop is to get them out of the shop as quickly as possible. Not so in this case. I was able to feed the baby in a lovely cool place in peace. They even supplied me with some kitchen towel. This was exemplary customer service by the lady assistant and her colleague - and I had only spent £4 ! I will be back to spend more whenever I can. Thank you.”
