National chain quoted £20 per blank & two weeks delivery - the guys at W1 hardware found the right blanks from their collection & ran up the set within minutes, along with a promise to recut if any issues (as the locks & originals were old and worn). Needless to say, the keys both work perfectly, and for a fraction the price of the chain.”

“This is a great store with expert staff and great products. Definitely a cut above your average hardware store. I had searched numerous other hardware stores in south London for replacement nuts and bolts with quite specific thread pitch requirements for a home DIY project. Other stores had generic poor quality hardware with only a single thread pitch. The staff at Belton and Slade identified the correct specification for the hardware and had some in stock. They also had a wide range of tools and after discussing my project were able to sell me the right tools that made the job a lot easier. I only wish there were more hardware stores like this!
