We had our kitchen installed 4 years ago and its still looks amazing today. His advice to use drawers rather than cupboards is one example of his professional advice given. Ordered two mattresses for over £900, however on the next day requested a cancelation of my order, because I was still unsure what type of mattresses to buy. Gouldy was very kind on the phone, he put my order on hold giving me time to decide and offered me different options, explaining that if I cancel I will incure fees as per their Terms & Conditions. At the end I decided to cancel my order. My refund was very quick and I was charged £50 administration fees for my cancelation. I will be more careful before placing orders in the future.”

We had a major refurbishment project involving a new kitchen and pantry, 4 new bathrooms/shower rooms and a cloakroom. Walls had to be taken down and the existing rooms gutted. You will probably only do this scale of project once or twice in a lifetime and Sanctuary proved an excellent and totally reliable choice. He was attentive to my needs and didnt try and flog me stuff i didnt need like they do in other kitchenware shops. He seemed very knowledged about every product and new the finer details ie materials the item was made of, how it should be used and what works best for my personal cooker at home. It was like having a personal shopper. I did end up spending allot of money, but it was well worth it. Thank you”
