"Phoned this morning to ask if they have a carpet joining tape. Heat adhesive one to join two carpet pieces. They said they do. Drove 40 minutes. To be told they don’t/ they thought I meant a Door Bar! Would have asked for a door bar if I needed one. Disappointing they didn’t listen to a simple request and just assumed I meant door bar even though I clearly stated need carpet joining tape. Heat adhesive. 2 hours wasted driving to this location."
"Got a quote which I was happy with and carpets & lino laid within a week. Fitters turned up on time, friendly, quick & tidy job, I would definitely recommend New Golden carpets to anyone. Gurwin in the shop dealt with my order, emailed a quote, confirmed the day before fitting & a half hour warning before the fitters arrived, thanks Gurwin. Professional & competitive, quality customer service."
