After a couple of sessions I was able to walk comfortably and unaided and without any pain. Andy is professional and tells you exactly what you have done wrong and how to fix it. “Staff are always friendly and helpful. My medications are complicated and it took a few attempts to sort out what I needed. I got fed up. I got angry but the staff that dealt with me never did. They are honest .helpful and do what they say in the best way possible. They are human and they get tired (yes I saw the swollen eyes and tired faces). Rang the pharmacy at 11.45pm to request if they can keep open another 20 mins (close at 12am), as I had to drive about 12 miles to get this urgent medication. Thanks to the staff and pharmacy who realised how important is medication for my son. ❤️❤️”

“Open until very late which was really helpful. I was flying out the following morning and realised I didn’t have enough medication. Called 111, the Pharmacy got in touch and accessed my records to be able to prescribe my medication instantly so that I had enough meds whilst I was away! Brilliant! Only thing is no driving access, so you have to park your car a little further away and walk through the town centre which isn’t always lit up and can be slightly scary.”

I had a nightmare for years with absolutely atrocious London GPs, with my last one (King Edwards Medical Centre) leaving me feeling completely unsafe health wise, while it was quite a way away from me I decided to give Abbey medical Centre a go. In about two weeks with them I've received better support than I had in two years from my previous GP, physicals booked, appointments sorted fairly quickly, referrals around long-running health issues booked etc Genuinely blown away, but how much this feels like the NHS a few years ago for the massive drop in quality/capacity.”

“Good practice from reception team to doctors. On reception a lady called Maureen never likes to book any appointments in so if you get through to her the call is basically a waste of you're time. Everyone else is lovely! Dr Patel is exceptionally amazing with my little one and she's always very very friendly.”
