“Having had many bad experiences in a dental chair as a child/young man I was very worried about even making an appointment. When I rang to make the appointment the staff were very helpful, efficient and personable, this helped put me at ease. The care I then received was so much better than any other dental experience I'd had. I had to have a filling replaced and a tooth removed as another old filling had come loose and become infected (it was the second molar from the back). I felt next to nothing from the injections and the actual treatment was completely painless. This was yesterday at 4pm, my jaw was a little tender this morning but now I honestly can't feel any pain at all, it is only 24 hours later. I'm a 50 year old who is only now happy to have already booked a check up for 6 months time after going to the dentist just 6 times in the last 32 years.”

The ladies are always patient, professional and caring and I am always delighted with the way they handle Henry as he hates having a bath. The prices are reasonable considering the hard work involved in grooming a dog and he smells and looks like a prince when I pick him up.. “I discovered Suzi (@hair.by.suzi) on Instagram after a recommendation from a friend and had to book in for a colour because her work looked amazing and she had tons of experience with Asian hair too! She definitely did not disappoint and I have had so many compliments on my hair since I had it done. Historically I have found hairdressers in the UK have had trouble dealing with my hair in terms of both cut and colour because it's not 'stereotypical' Asian hair (i.e. dead straight and jet black) and instead is frizzy, thick, dark and between a curl and a wave. Suzi had no issue though and gave great advice on what was realistic and how to achieve the colour I wanted. The salon was itself was lovely and I had a good time chatting with Suzi while she was doing my hair. She was very friendly and welcoming and I can't wait till I'm next in the UK to book my next appointment! (Yes, I'm booking in to have my hair done by Suzi even though I live 6,000 miles away in Hong Kong - she's THAT good!)”

After starting my new job as a waitress my feet were ruined, and I basically came in asking for help because I didn’t know what to do about all the blisters and hard skin. They gave me a rigorous pedicure and my feet were as good as new by the end of it. The ladies spoke to me in English where they could, and the male tried his hardest to spark conversation with me. The second time I came here it was like I had made friends. If you’re nice to them, they’re nice to you. The male sorted out my infills and did a quick reshape after realising my old set had been put on at a slight angle. Yes they make tiny mistakes but they’ve always corrected them.
