"As per previous reviews, I had an unpleasant interaction with the practice 'manager' today. I attended an appointment at the time agreed by phone to be told that the appointment was in fact booked for another time and of course it could only be my mistake- despite the fact that I saved the appointment to my calendar during the conversation and have a commitment going back years at the time they appointment was actually booked so would.never have agreed to attend at that time. A text message was sent to me with with the time it was actually booked it but not expecting the practice to be so inefficient, I did not open it. The practice therefore refused to refund my £30 deposit or re-book an appointment despite not one member of my family ever missing or being late for an appointment for over a decade. Short sighted and callous."

"On the day of my wifes appointment they cancelled as the dentist was ill. No problem, everyone can be flexible and these things happen. The next day on the reschedule, my wife phoned ahead to say that she would be just over 5 minutes late, and was told that wasn't acceptable and to reschedule. Not sure what the dental work is like here but i wouldn't bother trying to get past the poor customer service and bad business practice to find out."
