“I’ve been trying to be more environmentally conscious these days so I was SO chuffed when I found out there was a zero waste shop in Watford! I love going in to refill my snack jars, and I might grab a cheeky flapjack whilst I’m there. The staff are super friendly and are so knowledgable. They’ve recently started selling coffee which is so convenient (just make sure you remember to bring a refillable coffee cup). Thank you Refillabell team!”

“I have dined here on several occasions with my family and friends. On each visit the same staff member served us. He built a friendly rappore and delivered excellent customer service! On one occasion I was served the incorrect food and he immediately corrected this showing great empathy. He compensated us with complimentary meals on the house. The food was great. “We had the pleasure of staying here for New Year's Eve and News Year Day. The service was fantastic from arrival to departure. Immaculate hotel, rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable. The service in the bar and restaurant was superb too, the bar/restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful. They adapted changes to the food choices without any hesitation to ensure our 3 children were satisfied. The cleaning staff left our rooms gleaming and there was literally nothing to fault. The manageress of the cleaning staff, who was also first aid trained was absolutely superb at supporting us on new years day as our youngest had quite a dramatic nose bleed, she was so calm and experienced,that her presence and guidance helped immediately, literally can't thank her enough for her help . And Nothing was a bother, and it helped us feel at total ease, especially with 3excitable children who were desperate to visit Harry Potter's Studio on New Year's Day. The shuttle bus was also just a 5minute walk from the hotel, which was another bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel, for quality service, location smd fantastic customer service from all of the staff and would have no hesitation to visit again or another of the Leonardo Hotels.”

The pizza is prepared very quickly right in front of you. We tried the pepperoni and we felt courageous and also ordered the Hawaiian which was amazing! They also added dips of garlic sauce. Our waiter for our visit was CJ and considering it was only his second day he did a great job. Nothing was too much trouble.
