“What can I say, all employees in this store work through stress with the masses of flowing customers come into and out of the shop. Although, they all have delivered very satisfactory customer service and I hope they are all well recognized by their management team. “Clarks really came through for me today- returned a pair of school shoes which were purchased in February this year (unworn, hadn't even come out of the box and had receipt still) and they happily allowed an exchange and partial refund for the difference. Parking available in abundance at this branch, disabled access, no toilets, tho- on the downside but lots of nearby restaurants that will not turn you down. Understandably due to COVID not many staff on hand to assist, but that's ok cause you can always return the unfavourable items! Go check em out!”
