“Bocketts farm is a lovely day out for family especially with younger kids. I've been many times over the years particularly because it is one of the farms where you can get closer to the animals to feed them, rather than using those feeding tubes, which I know are safer but are less fun. There are lots of added activities for kids to enjoy such as the crafts corner, soft play and jungle gym, a big tractor and toy car area, bouncy castle, trampolines, go carts, sand pit, park and a bubble disco. They also still do the pig race which is great fun for everyone. We ate in the restaurant in the main entrance. I really enjoyed their mars bar cake. My friends had the ham and cheese toasties which also looked nice and juicy.”

“I had my first delivery of sushi from Ramen on Saturday and was impressed! How lovely to find a really good local place . It’s owned by BK, who used to work at Orli in Hendon and he really knows his stuff … the food was delivered bang on time, was fresh and utterly delicious . Also, the portions are generous and the staff are lovely to deal with. Try the sushi tacos ( delicious). The hand rolls were fabulous and one portion of Pad Thai was more than enough for two as a main meal. This will now be our regular!”

Portobello mushrooms, Halloumi cheese, pickles, lettuce and tomatoes. I am not vegetarian, but I tend to choose this burger. I have Code Hospitality App, that offers discount to partnered business. Boom Bap offers 50% off the food from Monday to Thursday for up to 6 people. It’s really worth it for a family of 5! There is a nice outdoor seating area. I highly recommend this place.”

The staff were friendly, the coffee was delicious as were our Tuna Melt Paninis and the cakes we enjoyed as a treat to keep us going on our 20 km winter walk.
