“I was really impressed with the garage and staff at this garage. Booked my Fiesta in for an MOT last month and was a quick turn around. My MOT failed at the 1st attempt (as it was an old 2nd hand car I recently bought) but the staff explained in detail what parts were faulty and physically showed me in person and with videos the extent of the faults. I was given clear quotes regarding the safety critcal parts that needed replacing and many options to choose in regards to fixing any advisories (if I chose to) that could be a problem in the near future. Even with the MOT failure the car was fixed and ready to collect the day after I dropped it of and the price was very good so I was really happy. The staff and the manager were really friendly and professional and I will definitely return here for any future mechanical issues. I have recommended this garage to 3 of my friends who all had a good experience aswell. I highly recommend this garage.”

“A mistakenly put unleaded into my diesel and managed to drive around 10 miles, I broke down on the A40. The AA did come out to me but quoted me 220 + VAT, I gave wrong fuel a call and a technician was with me in 20 minutes, my car was older so he didn't have all the parts so he sent for another technician and he even dropped the car key off to me and my family at a nearby restaurant. I have no qualms recommending wrong fuel, they charged me 99 for the service and I paid an extra 20 for after care for the car!! Thank you guys!!”

“My first time visiting the service department of Skoda Citygate Watford. Was greeted by Nimo, what a lovely lady, really warm, welcoming and engaging. Knew exactly what was happening to the car and said that it wouldn’t take too long to be done. 90 minutes later I got the call to say it was all done and ready to be collected.
