“Being let down by a leading restaurant at very last minute for my niece’s birthday party event, we contacted this restaurant at short notice. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. He arranged for decoration as well for a good price. Food is awesome, ambience is wonderful, staff are helpful and owner is super friendly. Five stars for new management and thanks for the amazing experience guys. Our family loved every moment. One of the hidden gems in Hounslow and I suggest the community to support local businesses like this.”

“I came here after searching locally for highly rated Sunday roast and they did not disappoint!! A very generous plate of beef with roasties, veg, Yorkshire pudding and cauliflower cheese. “6th April 2022 we celebrated my daughters 5th birthday at jungle VIP Hounslow. Jungle VIP offer different birthday packages they accommodated 15 kids + extra on the day thr food a mixture of both qizza and nuggets chips cucumbers apples unlimited water and squash enough for all of the kids to try all of the food aswell as adults . The party host amazing sorry I couldn't remember her name well mannered beautiful Muslim lady who hosted the party kept it in order served the food led the happy birthday singing. Jungle VIP was also not too packed it felt like a private hire out kids had fun I wish they had 2 hours of play and 45-60mins to eating would definitely recommend having a birthday here . The facepainter I an additional to the birthday package very very talented and fast . Thankyou also for the free entry back to Jungle VIP we look forward to coming back thankyou all front desk chef etc very professional.”

“Lovely calm welcoming atrium. Just perfect after a stressful day. The room was spotlessly clean with the basic. We ate in the Thyme restaurant which was a pleasant ding experience. Our waiter Nico was very friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and very good value for money. Breakfast the following morning was also very good. Would recommend to friends.”

“Food, service, environment... All here is fabulous!!! And the price is not bad. I had a Black Bean Taco Soup and a Falafel salad, both are Gluten Free (GF) and Vegan (V) so perfect. Just say the soup was saying that has soya as allergen and just this! There are not many things in this airport GF and Vegan. This country need improve this in general isn't it??? While simultaneously giving out orders and getting abuse from the youths that were moaning. She also changed my meal deal so that i can try a few more things while maintaining the price. I hated the bowl they served in though, as my cutlery would sweep round and slip into the food. *Please serve the bowls on a plate so that there is somewhere to put the cutlery in between mouthfuls? Staff were great once we made an effort but it was noticable that, until individually approached, none of them seemed very cheerful in their work? No toilets in an airport restaurant of course.”

“We had good timing so short queue. Advised of 20 minute wait for food - food actually arrived very quickly 10 minutes. Environment is pleasant, feels out of the rush. Food for a chain in an airport tastes great. Food presentation is also good. Staff prompt, polite and provide quick service.”
