“Although we were a little worried about the small added journey (I don't like driving) we decided to transfer to Pearl Dental following our wonderful dentist Simon Moore. One of the best decisions we have made. Simon is his usual happy, friendly dentist who is very good at looking after our teeth, he puts everyone at ease making a visit to the dentist fun (if that's possible). We were so pleased to see that Ann had also become part of the team, lovely to have familiar faces around. The added bonus is that everyone at Pearl Dental are very professional a friendly team who I cannot recommend highly enough.”

“Superb service, we were after a new kitchen (summer 2020) and were walking through Sevenoaks where we saw their shop, after calling to book a introduction meeting we were paired with Ben who helped us to design our perfect kitchen, we had some pretty unique requests such as bench seating and boiler covering cupboards but Ben worked through this and we managed to see the kitchen in VR (which really brought it to life) after confirming everything this was booked in with their fitting team (who were amazing, clean and tidy and worked around our extension builders) everything was communicated well and the project was completed on time. There were a few small hiccups along the way (covid and suppliers) but Schmidt were excellent keeping us up to date and chasing these for us. Not as cheap as some other options but its true you get what you pay for, the the quality of the kitchen and service of the fitters and Schmidt managing the project are worth the extra. Cannot recommend highly enough and know where I will be going when we decide to update our bedroom furniture.”

“I had a wonderful haircut at Sterling Hair with the lovely Sarah. This was my first appointment and Sarah took the time to find out about what I wanted my hair to be like, listened and gave good advice about what would work. I’d made the booking months ago, before the lockdown and Sarah had remembered everything we discussed on the call about my hair which I thought was very impressive. Overall they gave better customer service and a better cut and colour than what I’ve experienced from other salons in the area, and at a lower rate. I love my new hair and I will be back!”

As a salon rookie I did lots of research before booking and had read excellent reviews online and articles about The Chapel and felt like it would be the best salon for me. I really enjoyed the experience as everyone was really welcoming from Sarah who greeted me to Sasha who did my hair today. I felt really pampered and cared for with the excellent customer service and beverages to the consultation I had before my haircut. Sasha did a fantastic job and I will be returning in the future. “I had a lovely experience with Amanyeet. I came into the shop quite near to the end of the day and she was still more then happy to fit me in. I had full face threading, she stopped when i needed a break, chatted all the way through to take my mind off of the pain and performed such a thorough treatment. “I cannot recommend Branded more! The atmosphere as you walk in, is friendly but one that makes you feel like you are in the best hands! Mustafa (apologies if I spelt that wrong) was incredible, it was almost as if he knew telepathically when we needed something and he was there, attentive and jovial. “I have been seeing Rachel Worall for Invisalign work and she has been to say the least, amazing! She has been on top of all my appointments during covid lockdown with minimal waiting time to be seen and managing to squeeze me in last minute when emergency work on my teeth comes up. She has been thorough and patient with me and I feel as though she has really taken care and time to make sure I am happy with my teeth. I think anyone getting this sort of treatment can be sure to be in safe hands as Rachel really does make sure that her patients are happy with the final outcome of their teeth.”

“Always fancied a hot tub but was not sure about cost and keeping clean and what chemicals we required ect. After talking to Janice about the does and donts we went ahead and purchased one. From the sale to the installation it all went very smooth and the installation team explained about the chemicals and the settings for the hot tub. Glad we purchased it and its great to chill in of a evening watching the stars with a glass of wine. The running cost is about £25 a month peanuts for the enjoyment, and the grand kids love it.”

I had avoided going to a dentist for years, I am also an apprehensive patient and in a dentists chair had earlier suffered sweating and increased blood pressure, but with Natallia for the first time found a dentist with sympathy and care, such that my worries disappeared. Natallia had carried out a root canal procedure with such care on a rear tooth and which had been causing problems for a very long time, it is I understand a complicated procedure. I was delighted with her work and felt no pain at all since, and my fear of dentists, fortunately evaporated.. I fully recommend her, and the practice.”

“I have moved into a new house that had their worktops. They are great quality and look amazing, but unfortunately I have had to remove a piece due to rewiring in my kitchen. I rang them up to get some advice on how to remove them without damaging. They were very helpful and although they did not have to.. spoke to me at length on the best method. I have managed to take them off without damaging and I can't thank them enough.”

“From the moment we stepped foot into the nursery our son felt instantly comfortable and at home. The Children’s Workshop is like a family and has a very different feel to some of the other nurseries in the area. The staff show such love, care and understanding of the children; they plan activities based on the children’s interests (we particularly liked an update on Tapestry showing the children making dung beetles - a particular favourite of our son); they are very good (and non-judgemental) at addressing children’s individual and additional needs; they do regular updates on your child’s progress on Tapestry and they have a very holistic approach that puts an emphasis on social skills such as being kind and the children having fun. It always makes me laugh when I am in the play park with my son and all the children literally scream and flock the staff when they try and leave the nursery to go home! It just reinforces the lovely relationships that are formed at the nursery. Our son had a difficult transition into nursery, not only having been in lockdown and lacking social skills but also due to family illness. The nursery have been so supportive and have helped us develop strategies together and manage this consistently. They have also helped us to find outside agencies and courses to support us and the communication with the headteacher, nursery’s SENCO and key worker has been brilliant. We always have a very detailed, funny, warm chat with the Office Manager every time we ring up, which also shows how every member of staff has a relationship with the children and parents. TCW have shown our family considerable care and compassion when we have had issues at home and always work to do what’s best to support us all. We have alway feel like we are part of the family and that our son is safe, loved and well cared for. We have also been impressed at their calm and lack of judgement when our son has been involved in incidents and the professionalism that they have shown. I thoroughly recommend TCW and we think it truly is a lovely community gem!”
