“I purchased bedroom furniture on a Wednesday afternoon (I'd originally seen the furniture I wanted on a different site but found it cheaper here when I did a google search which is how I found them), and it had arrived and been built before lunchtime on the Thursday. The staff I dealt with on the phone were really helpful, and the delivery men who built the furniture were prompt, efficient, tidy and polite. They both wore masks to without my asking them to. “Super nice café inside the park plaza hotel. Staff is really nice and kind. I am an ex barista and lemme tell you the coffee is AMAZING. The barista was a Spanish guy the did one of the best coconut mocha I've ever had in London. It's a bit pricy tho 9.50 for 2 mochas, but the place and atmosphere is nice and is inside a hotel so it costs more.”

“Calling up over New Year and leaving a voice message I didn't hold out much up of a return call. Moments later Aldo called back and not only did he have what I needed he found solutions to my problems of laying a bathroom floor with thin boards. Just the kind of service you want when you're not 100% sure what you need. Later he hooked me up again with some lovely boards for cladding. The wood oozes quality and he's such a lovely guy. I'll be going back again and again.”

“We're absolutely satisfied with the new built-in wardrobe in our toddler's bedroom. Both team members were very professional during their work and went smoothly. There was no hidden (surprise) cost end of the work and they were open for any kind of suggestion what we wanted to see in our final wardrobe. The detail plans for the wardrobe was well explained and readable (not just for professionals), they also introduced many material options to see what's the best in our interior scheme. They cleaned up after the work which is great. We'd like to work with them in the future so we're happy to recommend them in any kind of joinery work.”

“It goes without saying that our kitchen is well designed and exquisitely made and the end product more than met our expectations. Its design and finish are one of the first things that visitors to our home always remark upon. Phil and Gary are at every stage of the design and installation process making sure even the smallest detail is considered and discussed. We were invited to visit the workshop whilst the kitchen was in manufacture to have additional input into the final design and finishes. Aftercare is also exceptional, with Phil or Gary immediately addressing any small adjustments with Jez completing the remedial work onsite with patience and attention to detail. We considered a number of local bespoke kitchen manufacturers as part of our project planning. However, we were very fortunate to have happened upon Oliver James, during our kitchen project research. The initial meeting with Phil when he invited us to the workshop to see the company at work pretty much convinced us on making a decision as to who to commission the work to. We would have no hesitation in recommending Oliver James’ workmanship or the team’s furniture making skills and we would definitely use them again for other projects.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Frank and Sarah's - they are excellent hosts and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was beautiful and very comfortable with views over the garden and an ensuite which we really appreciated. Breakfast was great, lots on offer and all excellent quality. We really appreciated how she negotiated the landscape with the venue, church and moving flowers between, it made a massive difference to us. I wasn’t ready for delivery due to building works and Aaron was incredibly flexible with moving delivery dates. Amazing! Beds got delivered on time and assembled very efficiently.
