On the day of pick up they could not contact my brother (as he could not hear the phone) they contacted my daughter in Putney who was able to send a picture of my brother, the driver waited for him , but unfortunately my brother had soiled himself on the flight, as I said he is special needs, the driver was kind enough to take my brother home, there was a small charge of 20 pounds to clean the cab after which i totally agree with...to the driver and the company, Im sorry and thank you so much for being so understanding...”
