At the end my better found another price and we went with them but it remains that Dave was great and I would hesitate to contact him and New Station Cars in the future. Thanks."

"Brilliant!! Want to update my previous review after using this company again for the 3rd time. This company is highly recommended by my husband and I. We have used them on a few occasions for airport transfers and their kind, helpful service from South Ockendon is brilliant. We especially want to express our thanks to Kerry, Brian, and our driver Alan, who went above and beyond to help and support us when our EasyJet flight was delayed by 28 hours. They were just wonderful when we felt stranded and helpless. Would never use anyone else. "I cannot thank AA New Station cars enough for the service they provided. Twenty four friends and family were staying at a local hotel and needed to be taken to a local pub and back again to attend my 60th birthday party. Despite terrible weather conditions and a diversion due to a burst water main, Dave managed to get us there and back safely at a fraction of the price of other company quotes. "Normally I have a great service from Station cars but today it was very far from it. Nothing to do with the drivers but mostly with the male operator. I booked a car for 11.50 for the station. 11.52 no car, phoned I was told the car was on it's way. 13.02 no car yet. Phoned and the operator, once I complained saying what's the point to book a car, shouted at me and then hang up. Disgraceful!!!!"
