“Have had a lovely stay at premierr inn. The downfall was the lady , Charlotte , on the desk becoming so abusive and walking into my room without asking which i find very strange and concerns me that someone can walk into anyone room when im not there and when asked why she replied i can do what i want . Very unprofessional and very angry lady but ive taken this further as this isnt aloud to happen. When checking out late because of this she called the police who didnt turn up as was a waste of there time very strange experience and very abusive. I have had an apology from customer services and premierr inn but im not satisfied with just an apology as im a young mum and this was very scary for me . The rest of staff are so kind. The resturants staff are all so nice and friendly and really good with children too. So welcoming and kind. The manager Sarah is so lovely and has made our stay really nice. The food is also really good and the drinks. Thank you .”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Frank and Sarah's - they are excellent hosts and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was beautiful and very comfortable with views over the garden and an ensuite which we really appreciated. Breakfast was great, lots on offer and all excellent quality. Would definitely go back and recommend this bed and breakfast to others.”

“I have used the services at Bark Lane for my dog Dixie she is a very large breed and is quite a nervous dog. She was immediately put at ease with Krystal,who seems to have the magic touch She even cut her nails, no one has ever been able to attempt this. I thoroughly recommend Bark Lane they are very caring kind and gentle. They do a wonderful job you will be amazed We are going back in six weeks. V Jarvis”

“Great place, does events, event hire, pantomimes and charity events. Has a bar and backs onto the rec but has its own separate outdoor area. Reasonable prices. They cater to your needs if hiring the hall and they really do make it look pretty.”

“My experience with Animals at Home (NW Kent) could not have been better. I contacted them to book their animal ambulance service twice (two of my pets literally got very ill almost back to back, which was very unlucky), and both times they were incredibly responsive, understanding and accommodating. I dealt with Paul over the phone and with the lovely Sarah in person. Not only did they provide an exceptional and professional service at a time of great distress for us, but they did it with a human touch that is not seen very often. “our stay at the west view was absolutely excellent, we used this as a base to go to the BSB at brands hatch. leaving our car at the guest house. The welcome was was good and the rooms very comfortable, also the breakfast just perfect. Hope to use it next BSB at BH.”
