She is professional, have individual approach for each client, she is always up to date with newest treatments and laser machines on the market too. I used to have problem with my skin before - big pores and lot of blackheads , but Ewa has done miracle to my face with various treatment chosen carefully to me. Now my skin is looking much better, like baby face - no more blackheads and big pores. My favourite treatment nowdays is oxygen facials. “Okay where do I start… I’m the most dramatic person I know, I’ve never had my nostrils waxed but they deffo needed it, I’m usually very scared of pain but the ladies assured me it wouldn’t hurt, I asked to hold the hands of the other lady and she kindly held my hands while her colleague did the strip, it didn’t hurt as I thought it would! I have a very reactive dog when it comes to grooming, before Serena committed to taking her on, we discussed in length my dogs needs and how we could hope Serena would be able to help and work with my dog. Given the challenges my dog can create, she always comes out of her grooming sessions fully washed and cut to a high standard, as Serena gives her the time and attention a dog with needs like hers requires.
