“Had a very stress-free and enjoyable experience here today. Had an appointment with Guy who was extremely knowledgeable, understood our budget, genuine and not pushy in any way. I am very indecisive but Guy was patient and gave us lots of mattress options to try. I decided against a bed I thought I wanted and wasn't made to feel guilty/pressured into buying which so many sales representatives try to do these days. Made me want to spend my money there. Decided on two Tempur cloud pillows and a mattress instead. Best sales experience I have had in a long time. Thank you! Will definitely return.”

“Since first employing Paul approximately 2 years ago I have always found him to be very punctual, always on time on the agreed date. His work is first class and always clean and tidy. I have found him to be very fairly priced and he only carries out the work that needs to be done. He is also very patient and always explains why he is doing something and how things work. I have recommended Paul to family and friends and now only trust him to carry out all my plumbing jobs as i do trust him to not rip me off or do any unnecessary work. “move into new houses and was panic with the condition of house. especially the kitchen. they came to house and do the all cleaning. oven used to have very thick oil block on the oven door window, but the did all the scrubbed it out. move the stains of couch, window and everything. so impressed. great job, wonderful staff!!! “I was seen by a junior stylist Lucy for a balayage and a cut and style. She worked on my hair relentlessly for 4hrs to correct mistakes made by a more senior hairdresser at a different salon. Even though at first I was a bit worried that the highlighted sections were not visible enough , I'm thrilled with the end effect. After inspecting it in the daylight, I can see it much better, it looks very beautiful, natural and precise. Thank you Lucy, you are a talented young lady!!”

“Many personal friends have used this salon for years. I have due to personal circumstances. However my ONLY daughter recently turned 16 & having made her agree to not damage her hair with dye's, chemicals or by excessive heat treatments (eg blow drying or straightening) until she was 25 (& yes she accepted that & never once asked to do a thing) I decided after personal trauma that affected myself, my girl & her twin brother that she deserved a treat. Locally there is no better salon to get the full works from start to end without the prices for instance likenPaul Mitchell & many others. So we popped in 2 weeks ago & I put to Kayleigh my ideas. She did a skin test explaining why & what to do (whilst booking us for the following weekend). My girl just standing in he salon & taking in everything had her hooked & excited. The day of her Birthday Transformation was absolutely perfect. Kayleigh initially treated her color restyle with a BALAYAGE. She explained everything to her & made sure she understood & happy whilst asking her if she had any questions. (Bear in mind until that point I have completely forgotten to inform them that she suffers with extreme panic attacks & has Autistic Spectrum Disorders - Bad mum lol) But I had NO worries because regardless they explained in detail each stage whilst ALWAYS asking what she wanted or if she was happy. I may sound a little fussy but I took & passed my Level 1 NVQ in Hairdressing back in 2002. So I knew what to expect already. Although my girl has her personal demons I didn't want to be glued to her hip (even if she needed me too) I never once disappeared. I popped to Tesco opposite twice & went for a cigarette a few times! Mainly to give her a lil independence to truly enjoy the whole Salon experience (given her social disabilities) but she always knew I was in arms reach (Due to panick attacks). Her reaction when shown after the blow dry & GHD finish CARLY gave her (Carly also did her cut/restyle) I easily could have hit the floor overwhelmed with happiness because my Girl was completely blown away & exclaimed out loud "OMG I LOVE IT" House of Hairs Owner was there & i pray she heard that genuine honest reaction to a girls first ever salon experience. In honesty the whole experience wasn't cheap & nasty like common place branded highstreet salons. Yet they whole experience was on par with high end world renowned Hairdressers & their empires. With realistic affordable prices that are worth so much more. My opinion to Karen & her team is NEVER divert away from what you have now. I will be booking her in for prom in a few months because that reaction she had based on your business & team....I could never truly pay what you all deserve for that. Anyone who walks away based on prices....you will regret it.”

“The barber done an amazing job with my autistic little boy , he was very patient and calm making my son feel relaxed and welcome , he did my little guy an amazing comb over and my son was as calm as a mouse will deffo be taking him back there again for sure”

“I've been dealing with Dore To Door for over two years now on various Crossrail construction projects and they have always been extremely helpful. They do a lot of work for us in terms of transport and deliveries to various construction sites. They organise collections around Europe and always inform us about the status of the order. Sometime deliveries got mixed but it was our fault since the marking on the pallets was there. Recently we had a few instances when we couldn't accept pallets longer than 3m so Dore to Door went extra step and measured all deliveries for us and segregated them by size making it much easier to get materials to the construction site.”
