"Went to change gel colour to a Christmas shade. Firstly the guy filed my nails right down without asking me & then got red all down the side of almost every finger, I had to go home and pick it off after standing at the sink at the salon for ages trying to get it off. The top coat overhung onto my skin so ill have to file that down and also means it will peel back. The owner knew they messed up so told me to sit down again so she could correct them but then victim blamed me saying 'your nails are so short' (firstly they aren't short, you can see my nails when looking at palm side & secondly why did her colleague file down without asking)! She then dug her thumb nail in hard down the side of mine to separate top coat from skin which really hurt, my fingers are still sore 3 hours later. I'm not the type of person that kicks up a stink but I actually feel really upset about my ugly nails and the pain. Taking cash as always, no till no receipt. I'll never go back."

"The staff are unprofessional people very rude she is just shouting at the customer. The quality of the work so poor I will not recommend anyone to go there"

"Worst nail shop ever it looks like a 6 year old had cut my nails! Way to short and wonky and when I explained that I would like it filed straight they told me I should not have been on my phone I should concentrate, I was having a pedicure with cold water and when asking to change to hot they told me to go else where! The rudest people and the worse shop! Feltham high street is a lot better! You could not pay me to go back to this shop"

"7.9.2021-full acrylic nails. Nail was wonky so I pointed it out. She said OK I'll straighten it. Then she told me that it was because my finger was bent! I replied, It is not, I do my own nails at home and none of my nails ever come out like this. She then left me with my hands under the nail air dryer Andover on to another customer who had just walked in. That was it, just forgotten about for nearly 15 mins when the owner said, you can go now. No cuticle oil, nothing! I will not be going back to Crystal nails ever again. They have really gone down hill."
