“First of all, I would highly highly highly recommend this amazing salon which is made up of three beautiful, welcoming, friendly and amazing women who never fail to leave me in awe! I always visit Jena Hair Salon to get a balayage or top up colour on my roots and I am always left exceptionally surprised and in love with how my hair comes out. If only I could share before and after pictures… Jena and all hairdressers are extremely experienced and know exactly what they are doing. They listen, meet and exceed my requirements every time. Not only are they good at their job, its a lovely, aesthetically pleasing and hijabi friendly salon where you can sit in ease and enjoy your time there! After many years, I was able to find a hairdresser (right next to home) that fits my criteria. I am so pleased with their work and I will always be going back!”

With his guidance we braught a nice selection of barfi and various Indian sweets. We have been using shayona for almost 8 years now so we're excited when we saw this new branch being opened near us. “I had the most pleasant experience in Clarkes Wembley outlet and this is all down to Heather . For the first time , I received red carpet treatment - Heather helped me chose the right pair of shoes and even went the extra mile to check out the back to see if they had my size in store. This blew me away given I’ve been in the suite many times and when asking if they could check out the back for my size if it wasn’t displayed - the short answer I received if it’s not on the display shelf, we don’t have them. Heather , fine her job exceptionally well & proved the theory wrong as my size was out the back - last pair - I was lucky and very grateful to Heather . She helped me with the sizing, gave me the sound advice, ensuring customer satisfaction is a priority snd nothing was too difficult . I ended up buying two pairs of shoes as a result of the service provided by Heather . Overall, Heather is a valuable asset to Clarkes - she is polite, professional, knowledgeable with the best customer care values and equally stroke s good rapport - I felt like a queen - old school ways are hard to beat svd find these days. Heather, only for you - I would have left the store - gladly , you were there and thank you for giving me the most pleasant shoe shopping experience at Clarkes - it’s a first. I think there are quite a few Clarkes store staff that could take a leaf and lessons from Heathers book. Thank you again. Love my shoes .”

“Great atmosphere if you want to study or relax. It's not busy (maybe because the location is on the top floor from the cinema area) and spotless cafe area. Friendly staff. Thank you, Abdi and Imani. Update - They've more from the top floor to the same lower floor with the cinema. So it's very busy now with people waiting for their movie to start. From the top floor was the cafe used to locate initially, the cinema franchise had built an extension cinema view experience of 3D view. I am looking forward to experiencing it soon.”

“I came in today to get a wash, cut and blow dry. Maria cut my hair really good and the way i wanted it which was a blessing because whenever I've been to other salons they always cut one side shorter which really got me frustrated and i thought i wouldn't find someone who can handle my thick hair! Nadia at reception was very friendly and even offered me a coffee which I've never been asked before at other salons. Going back in 2 weeks to get my nails done. Looking forward to it!”

“My beautian started off by threading my eyebrows. I lost contact with her, now one year on Lakshila does my eyelashes an eyebrows. The salon that she works in is very clean an tidy. Lakshila's work area is also very clean an relaxing, her colleagues are all friendly an polite they all make you feel welcome. My appointments could have good days and bad days with my eyes, no matter what Lakshila right there explaining stage by stage the process. Lakshila is very skilled at her job, I appreciate her professional conduct, Lakshila is a patient lovely happy woman, its a pleasure to have her as my beautian. I've had 1 bad experience in the past with a beautian. Once meeting back up with Lakshila, I'd had to explain my experience. With no worries about what was said Lakshila got to work on my eyes this was a very bad day for my eyes they were being very disobedient keep watering for the whole time, speaking to her I was reassured. As stated one year on I'm over the moon time time again with her work.”
