“My family and I had a holiday booked for the the beginning of April. Then the world got hit by Covid-19. I was really humbled by the empathy, humanity and hard work the team at Cruxton including Yusuf, Shafiq and Ali did to get my family and a refund very quickly. They were very professional and even though they were no doubt handling huge numbers of cancellations with very little news business coming in, they were very communicative. My extended family who had booked the same flights as us through a popular online agency had a very different experience. They were unable to get any responses and had to resort to getting their credit card company to charge back their flight cost. It is in times like this that I was super happy to use a travel agent that was customer first. Thanks to all at Cruxton!”

“Had a great time on the tour of Stratford-Upon-Avon, the Cotswolds, and Oxford. Good way to visit all in one day. Our tour guide Gareth was friendly and knowledgeable. The driver was also great. Would use them again and recommend then for their other day tours.”

“I went to Clockwork Pharmacy for travel Vaccinations. I called a few hours before hand and got a booking that same day. They are open until 7pm, so that made it possible to go there after work. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was seen to quickly.”

“Visiting from the north to London to see a show the hotel is just before the congestion charge and a short walk to the tube to get into the city. Rooms were very clean and beds are sooo comfy and cool air con, Staff were polite and very attentive. Food always decent. On site parking at £5 pr 24 hrs, Only gripe was the bar closed at 11pm but all in all a very good couple of nights stay.”

Am based in Yorkshire and would rather book flights from Woking rather than a local travel agent.”

“Simple rooms, but very clean. Breakfast was very good, very friendly staff. Easy access by car from M1, free parking(spaces are limited though) 1 minute walk from Finchley underground (27 mins from London city) excellent place to base for trips to London”

“There is a good quality price relation. Excellent cleaning. Spacious family room. Good reception service, they helped us to find a taxi to Gatwick. Very good location to move by subway. The neighborhood with all services is a plus.”

“Perfect! We had booked a twin room but wanted a double bed so contacted them to request if we could be swapped to a double room. When we arrived we were told we had been swapped to a triple room at no extra charge. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was comfy. (We didn’t have breakfast). Can’t fault our experience”

“This place has been placed in a nice and quiet area. The rooms are all modernised and fully equipped and it's above all other B&Bs. Very nice and polite staff absolutely taking care of everything.”

“The best hostel I have stayed in London. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are big, comfortable and clean. There is also an option for English and continental breakfast. Hostel is situated in a very convenient location in the centre of London, close to everything. I forgot a phone in the room and the staff returned to me when I came back, they have put it in the safe place for me. Very kind of them! Thank you again! I will definetly come back.”

“Salam to anyone reading this review. Alhamdulilah as much as I thank Allah it’s not enough. Me and my Husband took a 10day package with this company but in particular Sohail dealt with all our booking. It was the most peaceful time and every single thing promised was delivered ! The hotel we stayed at Makkah was called Makkah Hilton Towers and it’s is literally 10 steps away from Al Harram Sharif and we also had a side view of the Harram from our room. At Madinah we stayed at Dar Al Hijra intercontinental hotel which is precisely a 4/5mins walk from the hotel to Al Harram Madinah. All the transfers from airports to hotels and also from one city to another were reliable and efficient and always on time thanks to Sohail. We didn’t have no worries. I highly without doubt recommend anyone travelling for Umrah and Hajj to book with our Dear brother Sohail and use this company as we will also definitely be only travelling with them in the future. It is a peace of mind for the customers and alhamdulilah the price was well well worth every penny spent !! I have complete trust in this company and wish you all put your trust with them too for an experience of a lifetime!”
