I found the reception staff very helpful and friendly they even offered to take care of my little toddler whilst I had a particular appointment. The GPS have all been friendly and helpful and most importantly listened. Things are done when they say it will be. Overall very happy with the care. Of course the wait for appointments are long... but that is the case in the whole of the nhs!”

“We booked a PCR fit to fly test here when a previous option had fallen through. It was a simple phone call to book, we turned up and they were ready for us, and the pharmacists were all super friendly. My test result turned up before midnight but my husbands was a little delayed. This is due to the lab, not Duke's pharmacy. He called Duke's the next day and they were able to help, no problem! My husband's result turned up very soon after this. It was a very friendly and easy experience. I would definitely use them again for this service, and other pharma needs.”
