"The rudest staff I have ever met in my life. Masks and social distancing are not in use. Do not use this pharmacy!"

"This service here is honestly terrible. The staff are rude and always have a bad attitude. Every time I've gone in for my prescriptions they never have it even though the doctor has sent it across electronically, plus I'm on repeat prescriptions and they NEVER have my medication ready. After an appointment when the doctor sent the prescription to them, I went in and they told me they didn't have it rudely and tried to send me away. I have really bad anxiety along with depression and they could've just looked at my prescription history and put 2 and 2 together. So I called the doctors surgery right in front of them, and when I gave them the phone to speak to them they literally jumped into action and gave me my medication. They were trying to send me away and expected me to go cold turkey from my anti-depressants. Can never get my name right, and are not good about being discreet with sensitive information, all round just a terrible pharmacy since the new management."

"I had a rather horrible experience just a few hours ago.. the receptionist when checking whether I was eligible for free prescriptions was literally shouting at me from the centre of the chemist. I told her name of the medication twice which she couldn’t find after I even spelt it to her. When she shouted at me for the 3rd time time I said I had rather not share that with the rest of the chemist and the 4 people working behind her who by now had turned round. The receptionist instead of apologising said they would all find out anyway what I had. Eventually after creating a fuss and being upset by her, she eventually said I could see a pharmacist and guess what there was small private discrete box room that we used. The pharmacist was very polite, discrete and understanding. But even when we came out of the cubicle, the receptionist was brash and unapologetic How can a professional dealing with sick people behave like that ?"

"As soon as you meet Colin the resident pharamacist and his team of polite and helpful staff, you wonder why you ever spent your valuable time and hard-earned cash elsewhere in those impersonal corporate pharamacy chains which sadly infest Britain's high streets today. It's clear, that Dexpharm Balham's agenda is more than just to sell you stuff, they always seem happy to help you make the right choices regarding your health and beauty needs. Service is always professional and aways with a smile."
