“If you are looking for the VERY BEST in customer service then A&G is the place. Alex Holt is the VERY best travel agent I have ever used. During the many flight changes and cancellations (probably 15 altogether), nothing was too much for Alex. He was always patient, kind, professional, extremely responsive and above all really cared about our plans. “I stayed at short notice due to horrible plumbing issues at home meaning I couldn’t stay in my flat that night. I was feeling very upset and let down by the managing agent of the building I live in as they had not been very helpful. Then I was checked in by Irena. She was so kind, helpful and caring and really made me feel better and start to smile when all of wanted to do was cry or scream till then. The room was decent and the facilities were as expected.”

She even reached out throughout the trip and afterward to make sure there were no issues. After our 3 week stay in Kenya, it was hard to leave. All the internal flights and accommodations were easy flowing with no issues. We loved all the camps and lodges we stayed at. It was so refreshing to go to a place where you are looked after properly and the food is of a high standard. You can just tell The White Hart is managed properly, will definitely return soon.
