I advertised my property through their website after a really thorough and helpful meeting with one of their estate agents, Akash. This was my first experience of leasing out a property and Akash took the time to explain all the services they could provide in great detail and advised me based on his experience which was so helpful. I actually liaised with three estate agents in the area to advertise my property, but Romans stood out above the rest. The tenant moved in just as the lockdown was enforced and I was worried about the continuity of service. But Romans dealt with everything professionally and efficiently. When there were any issues to be resolved, another estate agent, Alex has been very helpful in getting things done during the lockdown. I’ve recently been helped by Heather who has gone above and beyond to provide an excellent customer service, particularly helping me when my boiler broke down and I was having trouble getting a British Gas engineer to come out to fix it. She is always really happy to help with any query. She deals with everything very quickly and efficiently - no complaints! I’ve had excellent customer service from Jessica Phillips, my property manager who has dealt with all my queries efficiently and effectively. I really appreciate her going above and beyond to sort things out.”

“If you’re going to leave fake reviews about a reputable business. Don’t get your friends to do it all on the same day!! My Dad has been using this garage for years and when i drove down from Lincoln to Hayes for a family holiday I hit a pot hole and damaged my car quite significantly. I left him my keys and the car and by the time we got home a week later my car was fixed and I was able to drive the 150 miles home with no issues. Whenever I call my Dad with something wrong with my car he always asks if it can wait until I’m visiting to get it fixed here. Absolutely amazing customer service and I would trust him with my car a million times over.”

“We shipped our three parrots from the US to the UK with Amber, who did a fantastic job as our customs clearing agent. She was thorough, knowledgeable and most of all kind. Bringing parrots over is very complicated and she was able to help us with many of the details that weren’t obvious to a first-timer. When a paperwork error from our vets (not Airpets’ fault!) caused the birds to stay a couple extra days at a quarantine facility, she had excellent communication with us and even advocated for our disabled bird to receive the care he needed while quarantining. I’m very grateful to Airpets, they provided us great peace of mind amongst a stressful move.”

“Bought MGB Roadster, had a few issues, narrowed down to fuel. Former keeper suggested giving these chaps a call. Spoke to Robert who took time to listen to symptoms and whilst confident the fuel filter regulator was unlikely culprit suggested I send it for testing. He took ten minutes out of a busy pre Christmas day to check it over, change the filter and test, set it to 2.5 PSI and sent it back next day, only charged me for the new filter and postage. Problem was a float that wouldn't, now replaced, car back running sweeter than before. Great service. Highly recommended.”
