"Warning Don’t go here! Had my new car 2 months without a scratch on then get car back from reeds & got it cleaned & noticed lots of scratches/marks on back bumper & they even tried to cover it up with car paint! Was not there before as have pictures of car before when got it & not a scratch on it! I asked the lady about it nicely and asked if it been an accident! Point blank lied, rude & completely denied it while was in their garage!! Had a service done, over charged & was in way longer than they said! Furious!"

"************PLEASE BEWARE ************* DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY Really bad! Was sold a car with major faults not covered by their FABULOUS warranty. All within 4 weeks! -Toxic fumes leaking into car! (Children in the car) -Throttle control on idle -cooling fan jammed -catalyst system efficiency below threshold When they were told about these problems they said they will fix it but we had to take it to PARK ROYAL! Over 25 miles away. No courtesy car, no other options. I needed to wait till half term, when the car was not needed. Half term came they said, that deal was off. I had to pay for the repair at "Trade" price! Not good! I suffer from arthritis in my knee. This has caused me much pain and distress. Having to decide whether to let the children inhale the toxic fumes or having been incapacitated for days due to the 6 mile round trip to the school 3 times a day. Nearly a year later we are still suffering financially, physically and mentally. ************PLEASE BEWARE!!!!**********"

"Had the worse experience of my life buying my Honda Jazz from this used car seller. They CHEATED me, the car was over priced for all its hidden faults, he promised to change the engine oil but did NOT, the transmission was FAULTY as told to us by a Honda dealership themselves but he insisted it was normal. The seller was extremely RUDE as I wanted to return the car and get my money back, he refused to give me my deposit, the warranty is useless as he said he will only honour it if the car breaks down, basically he will find any excuse not to honour it. I hope no one has to go through what I had experienced with this seller. NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE, AVOID THIS CON-ARTIST COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They will just scam you and treat you like dirt."

"Highly recommended, simple service to the airport with friendly informed drivers. My fourth time using the transfer service, only ever had to wait 10 mins maximum. Suitable van so we could use our car seat for our wee man. We shall continue to use for our yearly vacation."

"Heathrow Parking - Really friendly staff and amazingly personal service received by Reeds. We booked our car in a day before our flight which we found Reeds to be about 20% cheaper than their nearest competitor, so we were off to a good start. There was a slight glitch booking the car in online so i phoned and spoke to Harley who was extremely helpful at getting the booking set up correctly. On our departure day we turned up at Reeds Service Station where the minibus was waiting to take us straight to Terminal 5 - really prompt service. We were given clear instructions of what to do on our return and after clearing customs we phoned the number provided and a minibus was sent to pick us up - again everything worked like clockwork. Faultless service provided for a really good price by very courteous and friendly people, we will definitely recommend and be using Reeds again ourselves."
