“Found Crown Garages by way of recommendation on Next Door when I needed to get my MOT done in the midst of COVID restrictions, and used them again for a battery issue and most recently the first annual service since buying my car second hand. What a gem this place is. Local, so saves me £30 in Uber fees back and forth to a dealership that never picks up the phone or calls you back for any service booking requests - and fantastic service from Barry and Dean. Barry talked me through the next service due and suggested getting that and the MOT sorted at the same time. Highly recommend and will be using them from now on.”

They performed an extremely replacement of my hot water cylinder and repair / upgrade to the associated systems, which are all located very inconveniently on properties top floor, in a cupboard barely big enough for the system. They were always on time, adhered to COVID guidelines and worked incredibly hard and continuously to get the job done well in time and under the budgeted quotation. “I have been riding bikes (I have accumulated 7) for over 35 years and this is a bike repair workshop of the traditional variety. Great service, friendly, a brew when you call in for a chat or to see how your services is going. No problem is too difficult (and I have given them many) from seized bolts to body repairs. I get my tyres done there as they are great on price and fitting and they just text when it's done. Great value, great guys and a pleasure to use. My go to service centre for all my machines.”

She is always really happy to help with any query. She deals with everything very quickly and efficiently - no complaints! I’ve had excellent customer service from Jessica Phillips, my property manager who has dealt with all my queries efficiently and effectively. I really appreciate her going above and beyond to sort things out.”
