“Beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by trees and plants. Great for picnics, strolls and wanders, with plenty of quiet spots to be away from everyone else, if you prefer. The area is well maintained and clean. The car park is small and can get busy but it's right near the pond and is suitable for those with limited mobility. There are also a couple of designated disabled parking bays.”

“I have bought my dog Henry to Pet-a- Pawter for well over a year now on a Monthly basis. I would highly recommend this groomers to anyone, it’s the best groomers in the local area.. The ladies are always patient, professional and caring and I am always delighted with the way they handle Henry as he hates having a bath. The prices are reasonable considering the hard work involved in grooming a dog and he smells and looks like a prince when I pick him up.. “I discovered Suzi (@hair.by.suzi) on Instagram after a recommendation from a friend and had to book in for a colour because her work looked amazing and she had tons of experience with Asian hair too! She definitely did not disappoint and I have had so many compliments on my hair since I had it done. Historically I have found hairdressers in the UK have had trouble dealing with my hair in terms of both cut and colour because it's not 'stereotypical' Asian hair (i.e. dead straight and jet black) and instead is frizzy, thick, dark and between a curl and a wave. Suzi had no issue though and gave great advice on what was realistic and how to achieve the colour I wanted. The salon was itself was lovely and I had a good time chatting with Suzi while she was doing my hair. She was very friendly and welcoming and I can't wait till I'm next in the UK to book my next appointment! (Yes, I'm booking in to have my hair done by Suzi even though I live 6,000 miles away in Hong Kong - she's THAT good!)”
